Processing is carried out under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for communication and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for website functionality and security. Consent is only required where explicitly necessary, which does not apply to essential cookies or server logs.

The public website uses no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. Only anonymous server statistics are processed for operational stability. The client login area (FileRun) uses essential session cookies required for secure authentication; these are not used for tracking and are deleted when the session ends.
